日本語を勉強して間もないフィリピン出身の学習者おふたりから、「もっと日本語を勉強する機会がほしい」という要望を受け、つるはしにほんごきょうしつではオンラインプライベートレッスンを４月から行っています。

 

月に２回開いている対面形式の日本語教室がない週に１度（基本的には日曜日の夜）、時間は大体４０～５０分ほどで、LINEのビデオ通話機能を使い、ボランティアが授業を行っています。

 

LINEビデオ通話は、複数人同時につないでも音質の問題なく、画面共有や、ペンタブ機能もあり共有した画面上に好きなことが書けますので、何不自由なく授業が行えております。

 

当初は５月までの期間限定で、ひらがな・カタカナをマスターすることを目標に開くことにしました。これまで２人のボランティアが交互に講師を担当し、ひらがな・カタカナ一つ一つの読み方や書き順を丁寧に説明していくことから始まり、それらを使った単語を紹介、一緒に読み合わせを行うことを繰り返してきました。また、こそあどや、お金の数え方なども教えてきました。

 

目標は概ね達成しましたが、参加した学習者はこれから長く日本で暮らしたく、もっと上達したいという気持ちが強いので、これからも同じようなペースで開いていくことにしました。これからN5レベルの基本的文型を学びます。

To fulfill a request from our two Filipino students that they want more opportunities to learn Japanese, Tsuruhashi Nihongo Kyoshitsu has started online lessons since April.

 

Lessons are:

・Every other week (Sunday nights)

・40-50 minutes

・Through video call at LINE app

・Given by our volunteer tutors

 

Lessons through video call at LINE app has been working perfectly with its clear sound, screen sharing and pen tablet functions.

 

At the beginning, lessons were limited offer until May, aiming to master Hiragana and Katakana.

Our two volunteer tutors have been teaching thoroughly

・How to read/write each characters

・Hiragana/Katakana words, read-through

・”Ko-so-a-do” words

・Counter suffix          

 

Two students have reached their goals now, but they want to learn more for their longer life in Japan.  So, we have decided to continue the online lessons and open it to the general students.  We are going to teach Japanese basics at N5 level.
